Inspired by the thick, intensely chocolatey cups served in Parisian cafés, Rosemary’s Reserve French Drinking Chocolate is made for those who believe hot chocolate should taste like chocolate, not sugar.
We begin with shaved dark chocolate, then blend it with traditional cocoa and deep black cocoa for exceptional richness and complexity. Both sugar and caramelized sugar add a restrained sweetness with subtle toasted notes, while real vanilla bean, fleur de sel and a touch of espresso deepen the natural character of the chocolate.
The result is dark, velvety and luxuriously full-bodied, a drinking chocolate that falls somewhere between the familiar comfort of hot cocoa and melted chocolate in a cup.
