working diligently in our Los Angeles kitchen to fulfill your orders. Because all of our
chocolates are handcrafted fresh, please allow 4-5 business days for your order to be
prepared, in addition to transit time.
General Information
You'll find a variety of shipping options and their prices conveniently displayed at
checkout, including Standard, and UPS 2-Day. Please note that due to our commitment
to quality and the potential for weekend weather conditions, we cannot guarantee
Monday deliveries. During peak holiday periods such as Christmas (NovemberDecember) and Valentine’s Day (February), order processing times may be a bit longer.
Shipping Options
RoseMary Chocolat offers a few shipping methods to suit your needs: Standard, and
UPS 2-Day. These options and their costs will be visible for you to select at checkout.
Our order cut-off time is 12 Noon PST; orders placed after this time will be processed
the following business day. Deliveries typically occur Monday through Friday. Kindly
remember that processing times may be extended during busy holiday seasons,
including November-December, February (Valentine's Day), April (Easter), and other
peak times.
Our "No Melt" Guarantee
Worried about warm weather? Don't be! We offer our exclusive "No Melt" Guarantee.
Our team in Los Angeles carefully monitors temperatures at your delivery destination.
When necessary, we will expertly pack your order with ice to ensure your precious
chocolates arrive in perfect, unmelted condition, regardless of the weather. This
guarantee applies to all UPS shipping options for deliveries to warmer climates. In some
instances, a warm weather surcharge may be required. If so, we will contact you
promptly to ensure your shipment isn't delayed. Alternatively, we may choose to hold
your order until weather conditions are favorable for shipping. If your order qualifies for
our "No Melt" Guarantee, RoseMary Chocolat will gladly replace any melted items and
reship them to you at no additional cost, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
Please note that our "No Melt" Guarantee applies only to UPS Shipping, including UPS
2-Day.

UPS Shipping Services
UPS is our preferred shipping partner, typically providing delivery within 1-3 business
days across the USA after your order has been processed.
Local Pickup and Same-Day LA Delivery
For our valued customers in the Los Angeles area, we offer convenient in-store pickup
at our Los Angeles location, available Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm.
As our chocolates are freshly made to order, pickup orders are non-cancellable.
Our Shipping Schedule
Our primary shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. This schedule is
designed to minimize the risk of your delicate chocolates melting while in transit or in
shipping facilities that may not be temperature controlled over the weekend. By avoiding
weekend shipments, we aim to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.
Depending on weather conditions, we may, at our discretion, choose not to ship orders
due to concerns about the temperature. Our priority is for you to receive our exquisite
chocolates in the best possible condition. Adjustments to this schedule may be made
based on weather conditions to maintain the quality of our products. *During busy
holiday periods and cooler months (including November-December, February, March),
we make every effort to ship orders daily.
Important Shipping Details
We generally do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO locations. Please provide an
alternate physical address for delivery. Incorrectly entered addresses may lead to
additional costs or the need to reship items, and these charges are the responsibility of
the customer. Please double-check that the shipping address you provide is accurate
and complete. As mentioned earlier, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries for any
shipping service due to potential weekend weather conditions. We rely on third-party
carriers (such as UPS) to deliver your orders. Once your package has been transferred
to the shipping carrier, any delays that may occur are beyond our control. These delays
could be due to weather, air traffic, mechanical issues, incorrect delivery addresses, or
other unforeseen factors. For international shipments, RoseMary Chocolat is not
responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, or delays. *We may
need to hold orders and delay shipping if the destination temperature exceeds 85
degrees for 2-Day shipping or over 90 degrees for Next Day orders. We apologize for
any inconvenience, but this is to ensure your chocolates arrive in optimal condition.
Shipping Promotions and Special Offers
Shipping promotions and special offers are applicable for orders within the Continental
USA only. Free shipping promotions apply to orders delivering within the USA only after
meeting the minimum spending amount indicated on our website and are valid for a single shipping address per minimum spend. *Please note that certain states with
consistently hot climates may not qualify for free shipping; restrictions may apply.
