Growing up immersed in a legacy of exquisite taste and quality as the grandson of the founder of Belleville's celebrated Les Délices de Carthage, a deep appreciation for the art of fine chocolate and confectionery has always been in his blood. This rich heritage, combined with rigorous training under master chefs and a tenure as Head Pastry Chef at the iconic Mama Shelter designed by Philippe Starck, ignited a fervent desire to explore the captivating world of chocolate.

Driven by his time as Sous Chef at the Peninsula Beverly Hills, Aaron's move to Los Angeles sparked a vision: RoseMary, a boutique dedicated to bringing exceptional chocolate to the U.S., where time-honored methods meet inventive flair. Each piece is a testament to meticulous handcraftsmanship, celebrating pure flavors.
